Our hearts and prayers go out to Patricia, Carol and Sue and their families. Very sad to hear of Uncle Fred's passing. Mom and Dad always enjoyed their visits with him and Aunt Betty and we all have lots of great memories of them both. Your Dad will surely be missed.

Dear Pat and family I was elder for your mum and Dad when they were members of Wellington Square UC. What wonderful people. I really enjoyed my visits with them. Fred made beautiful wood carvings and contributed so much to Scouting. I will always remember both of them fondly.

A true honour and privilege to have known you, Fred. Your positive and everlasting influence on the people you encountered, both in and out of scouting, is incalculable... and a great treasure to the World. Yours In Scouting...

It was with great sadness that I learned of Freddie's passing. He was a kind and gentle man and touched many peoples lives. Freddie was also one of those people you meet maybe once in a life time and will be remembered as that special person who you crossed paths with. We were indeed blessed to have Freddie as a Scouter and friend. He will be missed.
