Television and Radio

My brother Johnny was always tinkering with old tv sets back in the day when they had tubes.  Our basement always had tv parts or radios.  When I lived with them on Hager Avenue I would often hear Johnny with his moris code at night going beep beep beep and the radio on all night long.  Conversations were usually towards antenas, satelite dishes, and tv channels especially those from over the lake that he could receive for free.  Often when we spoke on the phone he would be watching "Are You Being Served" and laughing.  I'll always remember his laugh.  Other conversations were about Sauble Beach.  The last time I spoke with him the conversation was all about the train ride he wanted to have with his great granchildren.  To all of you ... take that ride for him.
