Obituary

CRUX, Stephen Paul

It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Steve on Thursday, June 6th, 2019. Steve will be deeply missed by his wife Donna, his son Gregory (Katie) and his daughter Meghan, sister in-law Valerie and nephew Ryan (Iris). He was predeceased by his parents Malcolm (Mel) and Marjory (Madge) and brother Gregory. A longtime resident of Burlington, Steve was a family man first and foremost who loved the outdoors and his fond memories of Algonquin Park camping and canoeing. Steve enjoyed reading and was an avid Blue Jays fan. He was a gentle soul and will be remembered for his humility and grace with which he lived his life. He will be in our hearts forever. In keeping with Steve’s wishes, cremation has taken place and private service will be held at a later date. Should you wish, donations may be made in memoriam to "The Friends of Algonquin Park".

My deepest sympathies to the Crux family. Steve you will always be remembered in such a positive manner. It was an honor to know and work with you. As the gates of heaven has opened it's doors for you so you can ask someone up there "where the heck is my milk". You will be a man sadly missed but i will never forget.
