Condolences

Condolence From: Leslie Fitzgerald and Craig Jackson
Condolence: We extend deepest sympathy to our Uncle Bill and the family of Shirley, our Aunt (and whom we fondly referred to as Auntie Max). She and Uncle Bill have been an important presence in our lives, particularly each summer when we visited Turkey Point at Lake Erie as children along with our late parents, Paul and Shirley (Eichenberg) Jackson, and stayed with our grandparents next door. Auntie Max was a tower of strength and dear sister-in-law to our Mom. Our close relationship with our Aunt, Uncle and cousins continued into adulthood when we returned to the lake with our own kids. Auntie Max was inspirational in so many ways - loving, intelligent, witty, generous and free-spirited. We will miss her dearly.

Condolence: I'm so sorry to hear that Shirley has passed. I remember her to be an involved and enthusiastic woman with many projects and engagements on the go. I always admired her energy, her humour and I can hear her voice clearly in my mind - I have fond memories of Shirley.
My thoughts are with you all at this time of sadness. May Shirley be remembered and celebrated by many in the days to come.
Love, Julie
