ALDRIDGE, Phyllis Marie-
A special lady left us on Wednesday April 6th. Phyllis Aldridge would have celebrated her 90th birthday on Saturday April 9th. She was the beloved wife of the late Harold Aldridge, and loving mother of Sandra and David Evans and Kenneth Aldridge. She adored her six grandchildren and their spouses - Mark and Melanie Jaycock, Brad and Meg Jaycock, William and Nahid Aldridge, Stephanie and Tyler Bennett, Jennifer and Behdad Jabbari and Nicole Jaycock. Her fifteen great-grandchildren will keep her legacy alive. She will be missed by her sister Jean Beaumont and brother Trevor Thomas and by Alison and Jared Hebbs and Hilary Evans. She had an incredible sense of humour and kept the staff and residents of Creek Way Village amused with her stories and antics. Thanks to all of them for making her feel so loved and at home. We will celebrate her birthday and her life well lived, with visitation at St. Christopher's Anglican Church, 662 Guelph Line, Burlington on Saturday. April 9th from 1 pm until the funeral service at 2 pm. Instead of flowers, she would love you to take someone special to lunch, or do a special deed in her honour.
