I was in Patty's carpool for education at U.of M .....and saw you and her a few times at your place in Minaki .... So sorry to hear of your loss....I live in Burlington and knew you two lived in Milton and wanted to visit her but was a little shy ...such a long time ago ....wish now I had just done it.
Don't know if you remember me ....maiden name was Knowles. I lost my husband ,Bob, 7 years ago tomorrow ....so I certainly can relate to the pain you are going through. All my best

Condolence: Dear John, Tim, Kate and Elizabeth and all the family.
As extended family, we are truly at a loss for words and not sure how to deal with the loss that we must all face. Just too difficult to imagine life without Patty. Sharing the roll as Grand mother to Riley and Eli, I for one will truly miss the chats and letters and mutual love of these children.
Steve and I both enjoyed Patty's company and her energy.
We are thankful for our time together.

Patty touched many lives in many ways. As members of St.Pauls United Church in Milton, we are grateful for the way in which Patty shared her talents and time with all ages and in all areas of the life of our church. Patty has shown us what it means to be a Christian and her example will continue to inspire us.
Please know that Patty will be greatly missed as our friend and as a loving, caring member of St. Paul's church family.

Condolence: Patty was one of the nicest people that I ever have met in my life. She was one of the first Track 3 ski instructors to join me at the Glen Eden ski hill and help Special Needs children to ski, at the same time, with their classmates. She was so kind, loving, caring and supportive to everyone involved. We are all going to miss Patty SO much for all she did selflessly, not only for the kids, but also for her fellow instructors. She was a bright light to all and I SHALL CHERISH HER MEMORY FOREEVER. GOD SPEED MY FRIEND.

Condolence: It is with great sadness that we received the news of Patty's passing. She was one of our most amazing and dedicated volunteers helping the kids with disabilities enjoy one of her most favorite things...skiing....she dedicated much of her time for over 15 years to our program. She will be sadly missed by Track 3.
