Nina and I met through the TGIF group. I was the newbie although Jim had known them for years. Nina went out of her way to make me feel included in the group. We had so much in common that it was easy to become good friends. I have been looking forward to her being released from the hospital so we could do things that we both enjoyed. I will miss her. I will especially miss the friendship we were still building on.

Ever since meeting Nina as a young boy, I felt loved and accepted by Nina. She was always honest, loving, and kind with me. Nina made me feel comfortable and welcome in everything we did together. She was my Grandpas loving wife, and to me, a loving and kind grandmother. I will cherish the memories we created together and I will miss her the rest of my life.
Love,
Jesse Fawcett

Fran Carlton-
Carlton family express their deepest sympathy.
I feel a deep loss in losing Nina my dearest and oldest friend, over a 70 year friendship. Wonderful memories go back to being kids growing up in the same neighbourhood, attending same schools, parties, holidaying together. Lots of fun times through to
adulthood , marriage and old age. We never lost touch with one another. Nina, a forever friend and not forgotten. Love, Fran
