Len Vienneau was a friend of mine, a good friend for almost 50 yrs. Our paths did not cross in the last ten or so but my memories of him a remain vivid. I was deeply saddened to hear of his passing. We met as graduate students at the University of Alberta. We and our families in many ways then grew up together. He was a thoroughly decent and kind man, always with a pleasant smile and glint in his eye. He was a wonderful husband and father, as all who knew him could sense. My deepest condolences to Dianne and his children. May they take comfort from the pride they must have in him and the life he led.

Papa V and Mama V...both amazing human beings. I can only imagine how many people were touched by Len and his warm smile and wonderful personality. My thoughts and my heart are with the Vienneau family during this time of loss and sadness.
