To the Forester family, We were very saddened to hear that Effie passed away on Dec.21. We will treasure in our memory the wonderful visit we had in Regina 3 summers ago. We maintained contact through email messages and had full intention of getting together in the near future. We will not be able to attend the service but our thoughts and prayers will be with you.
