Condolence: I will never forget the loving husband that Jack was to his wife. I had the privilege of assisting them at home previous to moving to Amica. No greater love have I witnessed in my entire nursing career. They will both be missed dearly but I have wonderful memories. My heart is with you Nancy.

Condolence: I considered Jack one of a lost breed....a true gentleman. I think that word describes Jack perfectly: gentle...man. He was the living embodiment of the Golden Rule and I am always grateful that I was given the opportunity to work alongside Jack for a short time. We were all better for his incredible life. On behalf of my wife Stephanie, my father Ron, my sister Beth and our Culligan Belleville team please accept our deepest sympathies and sincere condolences at this difficult time.
