So many stories...

I have a million and one strories of Ray, I may have to write in a couple of times, but they all ended up with us laughing.

My first ever time in a canoe off Ray's cottage's dock - capsized it as I stepped into it. Ray liked that!

The many, many racquetball games at the downtown YMCA - especially the one that Ray won (after literally dozens of straight losses) and afterwards when he bought donuts for the entire 2nd floor at the CFS lab to celebrate his victory (probably bought them for the regulars on the GO train too that day).

The time he and his Tech, Juerig, were testing a homemade mini-rocket cannon and blew out a lab window through a doorway, about 60 seconds after I was standing in the doorway!

Ray was a good man, a good scientist, a decent, generous person and a caring friend. I had fun with him and even when we disagreed - which did happen, we're both somewhat stubborn - we were always able to stay friends. I will certainly miss him and I send my heartfelt condolences to all the Prime family, especially Irene, Jackie and Jimmy.

I will miss him.
