Condolence: Rebecca, I was blessed to have known Fred and to have worked with him at the County of Simcoe. What a beautiful faith he had and shared openly. It was a privilege to pray with him , even over texting. I am a better person for having learned from Fred's example that no matter what we experience in life, God will uphold us with his mighty right hand. Psalm 147:3 says "God draws near to the broken-hearted and binds up their wounds". May our God who sees your sorrow draw near to you now.

Condolence: There are few people who wear their faith so prominently as Fred did. Fred’s face would light up just talking about his relationship with his Saviour. Truly, what an incredible example of grace and witness Fred was to me. Rebecca, know that you have our prayers. Lean on your friends and family and know that we are with you. What a blessing Fred was to everyone he met and more than anyone, you experienced the grace and joy that Fred brought to the lives of people all around him. For each of us we mourn, but for Fred we know that he is in a far, far better place. John 11:25-26 I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die and whoever lives by believing in me will never die.
