35 Year employee of Ontario Hydro, Toronto.
At The Carpenter Hospice on June 29, 2016. Daughter of the late Lucas and Marjorie Peacock, stepdaughter of the late Jean Peacock. Predeceased by her devoted husband Herb Barnes, her beloved partner Bruce Smith, and by her brother Edwin Peacock. Survived by her sister-in-law Elizabeth Peacock and niece Joanne Peacock of Oshawa; also by her niece Suzanne Woods of Courtenay, BC.
Betty is grateful to the family of Bruce Smith for their care. Cremation has taken place. Private arrangements have been entrusted to Smith's Funeral Service (Burlington) Limited, Burlington (905) 632-3333. If desired, memorial gifts to the Salvation Army or The Carpenter Hospice would be appreciated.
