Condolence From: Michael Orsini
Condolence: Mr. Costa taught me at St. Matthew's Catholic Elementary school in grade 8, in 1975-76. He was an exceptionally good teacher and also a very kind man. Actually, he was one of the teachers who inspired me to become a teacher myself, Mr. Hogan, my grade 7 teacher being another fine teacher from that school. May he RIP and may his family take comfort in the many wonderful memories they have of him.

He was a supportive and caring leader who always put the needs of the students and his Special Education staff first. To my daughter Nicole who he taught Grade 9 math he was her favourite teacher.
