Betty was my aunt and was always welcoming on my visits to Burlington after my family moved to Saskatchewan and Alberta. She faithfully sent me a card each Christmas, Easter and on my birthday. Each card included a letter detailing all the events in her life and that of the family. I am grateful for the 'Life History' she wrote with information of the Williamson/Brown families. She gave a copy to each of her nieces. I also enjoyed the times she took me to the meetings of the Burlington Historical Society and the United Empire Loyalists meetings in Hamilton.
