Obituary for Nancy Lee Wasson (Robinson)
Nancy Lee Wasson of Beamsville in her 86th year. Predeceased by her husband Bill. Passed away peacefully into the arms of her Lord and Savior on Friday, May 11, 2018. Surrounded by her three daughters, Denise (Tim) Voronoff, Sharon (Mark) Gibson and Tamara (Brian) Mercuri. Nancy leaves four grandchildren, Jillian Serba (Brian), Garrett (Kristin) Serba, Justin Mercuri, Taylor Mercuri (Jaime) and three great-grandchildren. She was an active member of the Calvary Gospel Church in Beamsville, a talented artist, teaching at the Dundas Valley School of Art, senior programs at Albright Manor, exhibits in local art festivals over the years and clientele spanning the globe. She was kind and generous in all things and will be dearly missed.
The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.
He maketh me to lie down in green pastures:
He leadeth me beside the still waters.
He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil: for thou art with me;
thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
Thou preparest a table before me in the presence
of mine enemies:
thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me
all the days of my life:
and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.
The family wishes to thank the EMT's, WLMH ER and ICU Staff for their excellent care and request for those wishing to do so that any donations be made to WLMH Foundation or McNally House. Cremation has taken place with a private family service to follow in Herrin, Illinois, USA.
