Message: RIP Gramma. She was such a lovely lady and was always there for everyone, she always had time and patience. I remember first meeting her when I was 18 and had travelled from the UK to visit. She was so warm, loving and supportive to a slightly nervous and somewhat lost teenager who'd barely ever been abroad. Her family Christmases were legendary. I viewed her as our strong matriarchal figurehead, gathering all her family together from far and wide. I spent Christmas with her and the family just a few years ago. Coming from a small family in the UK, the warmth and love shared at her house, with perhaps 30 people there, will stay with me forever. I treasure the memory. I have always yearned for 'family' and With Victoria at the helm, my Canadian family quenched my thirst. I send all my love and wish I could be there to say goodbye. I'm with you all in spirit. I will never forget you Gramma. All my love Kim.
