Condolences

Condolence From: Lloyd Westbrook
Condolence: So very sorry to hear of Theo's passing. He was a wonderful, caring man. As a kid many years ago, in the 1950's and early 60's, I have great memories of playing ice hockey on the Bullock ice rink on Greenwood Drive in Burlington. My brother and I who lived just down the street from his family visited their many times over the years. Theo and his wife Marie really spoiled the neighborhood kids during those winter months with hot chocolate and snacks at times. Theo babied and manicured that rink for all of us and his family; we really appreciated his efforts and kindness. Neil was a good friend back then and my heartfelt sympathy to him and all the family. May peace be with you.

Lloyd
