Dear Mr. Mielko, first of all Chris and I would like to offer out our deepest sympathies to your family, friends colleges, student's and previous students. Our daughter Sierra was a student of yours last year and while being in your class we saw a little girl go from being slightly shy nd not completely nterested in school, to an outgoing, self relient driven student. You understood our daughter in a way that I have never seen from a teacher ,you listened to us and seemed to be able to understand our daughters strength and you were able to use Sierra's quiet drive to feuled her progress in other areas of school, because of you she was motivated to push herself beyond her comfort zone and join more school based extra curricular activities, and have promoted Sierras growth and spirit which has greatly contributed to the outgoing driven student she is today.
