Condolence: We were deeply saddened to learn of the recent repose in the Lord of your dear wife, mother, and grandmother. Stephania was a pillar in the Ukrainian Orthodox community, and she will be sorely missed. It was nice to see both her and Marijka at the Sobor in Winnipeg and at the CYC Convention in Calgary this past summer. May her memory be eternal!

Condolence: To Stella's family we send our sincerest sympathy in the sad loss of a very special lady. We learned of her sudden passing in the Hamilton Spectator. We first met Stella a number of years ago at our Blueberry Patch, when she came to pick berries with her friends Alex and Margaret Kindraka at our farm near Port Dover. We always looked forward to seeing her here each summer, sharing some laughs and even some of the goodies she had baked and brought for their picnic lunch. Her motto was " party, party, party", and we bet she'll be doing just that, and picking blueberries in Heaven! A lovely lady, who we'll miss seeing at our farm. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this very sad difficult time.

Condolence: Dear Spytkowsky Family, please accept our sincerest condolences on your sudden and profound loss. We've known Pani Stephania since we were kids and she was always friendly, welcoming and willing to help in any way at any time. She was like extended family and even though we only had the pleasure of seeing her on occasion due to the miles between us, it was always like a reunion, bringing back great memories. Also, accept condolences from our Mother, Dobrodiyka Nadia Metulynsky and our Father, Nicholas Hawryluk. Vichnaya Pamyat

Condolence: Our sincerest condolences on the passing of your wife, mother, and grandmother. Stephania was a warm, gentle, and generous human being. She was a true Ukrainian patriot. Stephania's love of God and Church combined with her strong work ethic helped raise the Ukrainian Orthodox community to a position of prominence and respect both locally and nationally. Our family knew of the 'Spytkowskys' through our Dido and Baba. Over the past decade, we became closer to Stephania and Michael and realized the depths of their Christian faith. God tells us that by loving 'the other', we are loving Him. Stephania exemplified her love of God through her actions: helping, providing, sharing, and guiding her parish as well as all organizations who were in need. Her love of God was evident when she took our church under her wing and ensured that we were able to function as part of the greater Ukrainian Orthodox community. We have been blessed to have known her and we will miss her Christian qualities of optimism, perseverance, and compassion. Most of all, we will miss her friendship. As we remember her smiling face, we know that Stephania is in God's grace. Vichna Pamiat
