Van Geest, Claira Sarangerel (Shining Light)

We are sad to announce the loss of our precious, beautiful daughter, Claira Sarangerel Van Geest, who passed away in her sleep at home in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, on Saturday, January 25, 2014. Though her life was short, she is now with her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. She will be missed terribly by her Mommy and Daddy, Amanda and Ryan, sister Chloe and brother Gavin. Beloved granddaughter of Dorothy and Adam Weresch and Mary-Jane and Neil VanGeest. Missed also by many aunts, uncles, cousins and other extended family and friends. Visitation will take place at Mountainview Christian Reformed Church, 290 Main Street East, Grimsby, on Monday, February 3, 2014, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Celebration of Claira's life will take place at the church on Tuesday, February 4, 2014, at 2 p.m. Private family interment at Woodland Cemetery will take place prior to the Service. If desired, memorial contributions to Reaching the Light, c/o Mission Aviation Fellowship of Canada, would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
