William Donald Peacefully at Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital on May 19, 2010 with his loving family at his side. Beloved husband of Dawn. Loving father of Rhonda and James Hagood, Cheryl and Ron Goruk, Shelley and John Prior, Brad and Susan, Lana, Pat, Scott and Stephanie Coulter. Also left to share fond memories are his grandchildren Mark, Wes, Don, Stacey, Michael, Tara, Sacha, Trevor, Lindsay, Jennifer, Joshua, Jordan and six great-grandchildren. Also survived by his sister-in-law, 2 brothers-in-law, 4 nephews and 4 cousins. Don was a Veteran of World War II and a former member of Toastmasters and the Burlington Masonic Lodge. He was an avid fisherman and loved a great game of cribbage. A service to celebrate Don's life will be held at Port Nelson United Church, 3132 South Dr., Burlington ON, Thursday, May 27, 2010 at 1 p.m. Private Family Burial was held at Burlington Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations made to Soldiers Benevolent Fund, John Foote Armouries c/o Capt. Christine Swire or a charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
