ROLLINSON, Wilhelmina (nee Meijer) -
Passed away peacefully at the Woodlands of Sunset in Welland, on Monday, October 31, 2016. Born in the Netherlands in 1932, she made Canada her home in 1955. Predeceased by her loving husband Herbert “Bert” Rollinson (1999). Beloved mother of Sonja, Marja, Irene, Fred (Tina), and Jane (Steve). Dear sister of John Meyer (Lorraine), Henk Meyer (Anne), and dear sister-in-law to Doris Thompson (Donald). Proud grandmother of George (Nicole), Jeff (Kathy), Amy (Raymond), Joann, Sarah, John (Liisa), Ashlee, Alysha and John. Great grandmother to Leanne, James, Alexis, Matthew, Madison and Zander. She is also predeceased by her father Cornelis, mother Gerda, sister Gerda, and brothers Tom, Casey, and Joe. As per Wilhelmina’s wishes private cremation has taken place and no service will be held. Donations in Wilhelmina’s memory to a charity of choice would be sincerely appreciated by the family. (Arrangements entrusted to SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 485 Brant Street, BURLINGTON, 905-632-3333).
