It is with great sadness that the family announces the peaceful passing of Victoria, while surrounded by her family, at Joseph Brant Hospital, Burlington, on Monday, June 6, 2016, at the age of 84. Beloved wife of John for 58 years. Loving mother of John (Stephanie Sinclair) and Quinter Gordon (Dan). Proud Nonie of Mathew, Alexandria, Katelyn and Ryan. Predeceased by parents Luigi and Annanina Gasbarrini, and siblings, Angelina, Josie, Victor,Clara and Dan. Victoria will be missed by many nieces, nephews and extended family and friends. Cremation has taken place.Visitation at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 485 Brant Street, (one block north of City Hall), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Thursday, June 9, 2016 from 4-8 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, 146 Park St. North, Hamilton, on Friday, June 10, 2016 at 11 am. For those who wish, donations in memory of Victoria to the Burlington Humane Society would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
