Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 5, 2010 at the Brant Centre, Burlington, in her 86th year. Vera Harris, beloved wife of the late Ron Harris. Dear mother of Philip Harris and his wife April. Cherished grandmother of Ron and Matt. Vera will be sadly missed by her sister Brenda McGrath, brother-in-law Bill, niece Jane, nephew Jeffrey, cousin Beryl and her great-nephews and nieces. Vera was a veteran of the Woman's Land Army, as well as a retired employee of the Timothy Eaton Company and GO Transit. Visitation at St. Luke's Anglican Church, 1371 Elgin St, Burlington on Friday, October 8, 2010 from 10 am until time of Funeral Service at 11 am. Cremation to follow.
