Surrounded by the love of his family on Saturday, February 6, 2016, at the age of 68. Beloved husband of his wife Julia for 48 years. Loving father of Jason (Vanda), the late Mark (2011) and Amy Gardner (Luke). Proud grandfather of Jacob, Benjamin, Noah and Arielle. Tom will be dearly missed by his sister Margaret Eades (Roy) and his extended family and friends. Visitation at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stop light north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Friday, February 12, 2016 from 6-9 PM. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Saturday, February 13, 2016 at 10:30 AM, followed by a reception at the funeral home. Interment at Burlington Memorial Gardens. For those who wish, donations in memory of Tom to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
