RINTJEMA, Tom -
Passed away peacefully surrounded by family, at Cama Woodlands Nursing Home, Burlington, on Thursday, March 3, 2016, at the age of 83. Loving husband of Gloria (nee Wright) for 54 years. Dear father of Lorelei Olie (Gord), Dennis Rintjema (Cathy Goodfellow), and Robert Rintjema (Julie Williams). Proud grandfather of Melody (Scott Rasmussen), Daniel, Holly, Robyn, Jennifer, Stephen, Christina, Thomas, Jacqueline, and Jacob and cherished great grandfather of Henry and Arya. Tom will also be missed by extended family and many friends. Visitation will be held at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line, BURLINGTON, (905-632-3333), on Tuesday, March 8, 2016 from 9:30a.m. until time of Funeral Service in the Chapel at 10:30am. Reception to follow at the Funeral Home. Interment at Queen’s Lawn Cemetery, Grimsby. If desired, donations in memory of Tom to the Parkinson’s Society would be appreciated.
