KINN, Thomas

Passed away suddenly at Soldiers Memorial Hospital, Orillia, on Thursday, February 3, 2011 at the age of 58. Beloved father of David and Christina, cherished son of Carol Kinn and the late Erich Kinn (2006). Loving grandfather of Callie. Survived by his brother Alex and niece Erika. Thomas was born in Kovin, Serbia, and immigrated to Canada with his family at the age of six. Thomas later built custom log homes in Simcoe County before becoming the Broker/Owner of VIRTUAL REALTY INC. in Orillia. Thomas enjoyed spending time at his home on the lake, and was an avid reader, photographer, and nature lover. We will miss your smile, your hugs and laugh, spending time together, and listening to your stories. Visitation will be held at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stoplight north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Wednesday from 4-6p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Thursday, February 10, 2011 at 10:30a.m. Those wishing to make a donation in Tom's memory are asked to please consider the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
