Obituary for Teresa Pezzaniti (Gardelli)

Passed away peacefully with her family by her side at the Village of Wentworth Heights on Friday, July 15, 2016 at the age of 90. Predeceased by her husband Pasquale Pezzaniti. Loved mother of Maria "Rita" Volpe (Frank), Eda DiBiase (Ralph), Rosa Tropiano (Vince), Frank (Linda), Sarah Testaverde (the late Frank), Vince "Jim" (Linda) and Pauline "Paula" Faiazza (Rick). Cherished grandmother of Rob, John, Terasa, Christopher, Steve, Anthony, Alessandra, Peter, Tony, Lyanna, Amanda, Kereena, Francesca, Martina, Austin and Justin. Great-grandmother of Braden, Benjamin, Dean, Daman, Anderson, Jacob, Lily, Aria, Lyla, Violet and Aidan. Teresa will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Special thanks to the staff of the Village of Wentworth Heights for their care and compassion. Visitation at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 454 Highway #8 (east of Millen Road) STONEY CREEK (905-664-4222) on Monday from 3-9 p.m. with Vigil Prayers at 8:30 p.m. Funeral Service to follow in the Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, July 19, 2016 at 10 a.m. Entombment Our Lady of the Angels Cemetery.
