Peacefully, surrounded by family, at her home on Monday, May 9, 2016 at the age of 72. Beloved wife of Patrick William Warren. Loving mother of Jennifer Prince (Jon) and Christopher Warren (Anne). Cherished grandmother of Ryan Warren and Mikayla Prince. Service of Remembrance will be held at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stoplight north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Saturday, May 14, 2016 at 3:30p.m. Reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make a donation in memory of Sandra are asked to please consider the Joseph Brant Hospital Cancer Centre.
