HAZELL, Sandra
Passed away at St. Peter's Hospital, Hamilton on Saturday, August 20, 2016 at the age of 78. Loved mother of John (Wendy) and Jeff (Angie). Cherished grandmother of Steven, Mackenzie (Rob), David (Ashley) and Andrew (Sandra). Dear sister of Doug Welch (Michele), Pat McKee (Wayne) and the late Bob Welch. Also lovingly remembered by niece Heather, nephew Tim and families. Private Cremation has taken place. The family invite friends to share memories and refreshments at a Celebration of Life at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 454 Highway #8 (east of Millen Road) STONEY CREEK (905-664-4222) on Saturday, September 10, 2016 from 4-7 p.m. If desired, memorial contributions to Hamilton/Burlington SPCA or Phoenix Place would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
