Passed away peacefully at Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital, Burlington on Tuesday, February 16, 2010 in his 78th year. Samuel McCullough, beloved husband of Elizabeth, and dear father of Gail (Paul) McDonald of Burlington, Glenn (Mary) of Vancouver and Michael (Denise) of Vancouver. Cherished grandfather of Daniel (Tiffany), Adam, Ashley (Shawn), T.J., Nicole, Samantha and Andrew, and adored great-grandfather of Elliotte, Gage, Parker, Elissa, Mackenzie and Summer. Sam is survived by his siblings Mary (Philip) Waterworth and Patrick (Susan) McCullough both of England. The family would like to thank Dr. Brian Yamamoto and the nursing staff of 5 South at the Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital for their professionalism and compassion during this difficult time.
