Ruth  Taylor
Passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, at Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital, Burlington on Friday, March 25, 2011, in her 95th year. Beloved wife of the late Jack Taylor. Dear mother of Donald Taylor (Elizabeth Breen), Mary Lou (Robert) Hawley, Eleanor (Sandy) Hepburn and Janet (Peter) Walker. Cherished Grandmother of Tom Pearn, Lori Pearn Long, Scott Hepburn, Amy Hepburn Davey, Luke Walker and Matthew Walker. Predeceased by her grandson David Walker. Great-Grandmother to Grace Long, Duncan and Aiden Hepburn and Alex and Isla Davey. Predeceased by her sister Dora High, and brothers Emerson, Bus, and Issac High. The family wishes to thank Dr. Turliuk, Dr. Pyper and all the staff at Joseph Brant Hospital involved in the loving care of our mother. Visitation at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stoplight north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Tuesday, March 29, 2011 from 6-9 p.m. A private family service will be held at a later date. If desired, as an expression of sympathy, donations made to the Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital Foundation or the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
