At Cama Woodlands Nursing Home, Burlington on Friday November 25, 2005 Ruth (nee Crandall) Avison of Burlington, formerly of Toronto in her 94th year. Beloved wife of the late Theodore Lloyd Avison. Much loved mother of Joan and her husband Bob Erb of Stoney Creek and Barbara and her husband Charles Dutton of Pensacola, Florida. Cherished grandmother of Jill(Brian), Alice, Jennifer, Sally, the late Julie, Chuck, Jeffrey (Lisa), Tracey (Jamie) and Bradford. Ruth was a longtime member of Yorkminster Park Baptist Church and The Wellesley Hospital Ladies` Auxiliary. Special thanks to the Staff at Cama Woodlands Nursing Home for their care and compassion. Cremation and a Private Family Service have taken place. If desired, expressions of sympathy to The Heart and Stroke Foundation would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
