MUIR, RACHEL (nee Gibb)
Peacefully at Deer Park Villa, Grimsby on Monday, March 8, 2010 in her 95th year. Predeceased by her husband of 31 years, James Muir (1968). Beloved mother of John (Barb) of Dorchester, ON and Jim (Shirley) of Grimsby, ON. Survived by her sister Jessie McRae of Hamilton, Scotland. Cherished grandmother of David (Bernardine) of Dorchester, Douglas (Shannon) of Vancouver, Michael (Anna) of Ottawa, Kevin (Carolyn) of Kitchener, Laura of Toronto and Allison of Grimsby. She will be missed by great-grandchildren Shannon, Stephanie, Matthew, Andrew, Abby and Benjamin. Forever friend to Moyra Mitchell of Linlithgow, Scotland, the Joan and Bill Glass Family of Meaford and the Grimsby Seniors "walking group". Heartfelt gratitude to the staff of Deer Park Supportive Housing and Deer Park Villa for their competence, care and compassion. Cremation has taken place.
