McIVER, Phyllis (nee Irwin)-
Peacefully at the Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital, Burlington on Thursday June 22, 2006, Phyllis McIver, born in Sault Ste. Marie(McLennan) in 1914, beloved wife of the late Norman Alan McIver. Loved mother of Brian McIver (Pam) of Palm Beach, Florida and Lynne Campbell (Ian) of Waterdown, Ontario. Cherished grandmother of Jane Kali, David and Dan Lamothe and great-grandmother of Elisha and Richard. Dear sister of the late Ted Irwin (Crystal), Blanche Kauth (Carl), Gladys Thomson (Alex) and Edith Brown (Clifford). Phyllis moved to Burlington in 1994. A special thanks to the friends she has made here, to the caring staff of Lakeshore Place Retirement Home and the Red Cross, and especially to Dr. Voon for his extraordinary care. She will be greatly missed. Her strength was an inspiration to us all.
