At Creek Way Village, Burlington on Saturday, December 3, 2005 in her 88th year. Loving wife of the late William (Bill) Chisholm (1999). Cherished mother of Wayne and his wife Pam of Burlington, the late Randy Chisholm (1997) and his wife Jan of Texas. Devoted grandmother of Rad, Mark, Erin and Kinsey.
Dear sister of Doug Ingram of London. Phyllis is predeceased by 3 brothers and a sister. She was a longtime resident of the Cedar Springs Community, Wellington Square United Church,
Burlington Curling Club and the Optimist Club. A Service of Remembrance will be held at SMITHS FUNERAL HOME, 485 Brant Street, (one block north of City Hall) BURLINGTON (905-632-3333) on Friday, December 9, 2005 at 11 a. m. If desired expressions of sympathy to Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
