RANCH, Paul Arthur
Born August 12, 1935 to Nicola and Axel Ranch, Paul left us August 6, 2015 at St. Catharines General Hospital. Loving Father, Puppa, brother and brother-in-law whose sense of humour, strength and integrity will live on in our hearts forever. Predeceased by the love of his life, his wife Emma and his son David Bernard. He leaves behind his children who he was so very proud of, Susan (Bill), Dan and Doug (Ginny) and his grandchildren “the apples of his eye” Brooke, Dylan, Jesse and Danielle. He was loved by his sisters, Greta (Roy Wiffin), Elsie (Odin Lunden), his twin sister Miriam (Bob Swift) and by Emma’s sisters Dolly (Ralph O’Neill), Verda (Bob Staats), Ina (Graham Stap) and Shirley Sanderson. His Paulisms will be missed by nieces and nephews and numerous friends he gathered through his many adventures. Visitation at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 485 Brant Street, (one block north of City Hall), BURLINGTON, 905-632-3333 on Monday, August 10, 2015 from 3-5 p.m. where a Funeral Service will take place in the Chapel at 6 p.m. Cremation to follow. If desired, donations to the Steve Ludzik Parkinson’s Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
