Obituary for Paul Allen Meiklejohn
MEIKLEJOHN, Paul Allen (RCAF,WWII Veteran)-
January 30, 1923 – April 1, 2016
Peacefully in his 94th year, with his children by his side, Dad passed away at Joseph Brant Hospital, Burlington. Predeceased by his wife Joyce (2006) and his daughter Denise (1963). His deep kindness will be forever remembered by his son Guy, daughter Delores Gilchrist, grandchildren; Matthew (Lillian), Paul (Annie), Cameron (Jinnie) and Tiffany (Jason Atkins) and his great-grandchildren; Jessica, Jennifer, Blake, Abbey, Rio and Isla. Dad served with the RCAF as a Radar Technician in The Battle of Britain where he met his wife to be, Joyce Wells, who served in the Fire Department in Newcastle-on-Tyne. Dad and our Mother spent their retirement years in their home in South Carolina and loved it. Cremation has taken place. A private family interment will follow.
