Obituary for Patricia "Pat" Angus (Mitchell)
ANGUS, Patricia Audrey (nee Mitchell)
Passed away peacefully at the Hamilton General Hospital on August 30, 2015 two days before her 93rd birthday. She will be re-united with Murdoch Alexander Angus (2000), her beloved husband of 59 years, and Sharon Timmings (2011), her cherished daughter. Pat leaves her daughter Sheila Sweetman (Jim), son-in-law Rick Timmings, grandchildren Kimberley Timmings, Robert Timmings (Jen), Lisa Sweetman, Emily Sweetman and great grandson Finnley Timmings. Also left to grieve are her siblings Eileen Webb, Betty Bedini (Gino 2015), Allen Mitchell and sister-in-law Liz Mitchell. Pre-deceased by Bob Mitchell (Muriel), Douglas Mitchell (Stella), Marilyn Nash (George), Brian Mitchell (2015) and baby David Mitchell. Living most of her life in Burlington, Mom nurtured lasting relationships with family, friends and neighbours. Visitation at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 485 Brant Street (one block North of City Hall), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Saturday, September 5, 2015 at 10:00am with a service in the chapel to follow at 11:00am. Private cremation has taken place. If desired, donations can be made to the Sleeping Children Around the World or the Dundas Salvation Army Food Bank.
