Beamish, Pamela (nee Palmer)
Passed away peacefully with her family by her side, on Tuesday, September 21, 2010 at the Burloak Long Term Care Centre, Burlington. Pamela Beamish, beloved wife of John and dearest mother of David and his wife Sasha, and Mark. Cherished grandmother of Daniel and Caitlin. Pamela was born in Devon England, immigrated to Canada, and took up a career working in the banking industry across Canada, retiring from the Bank of Nova Scotia at Skyway Plaza. Pam will be sadly missed by her family and many friends. Visitation at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 485 Brant Street (one block North of City Hall), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Friday from 7-9 pm, where a Funeral Service will take place on Saturday, September 25, 2010 at 10:30 am. Cremation to follow. If desired, as an expression of sympathy, donations made to the Parkinson Society Canada, would be greatly appreciated by the family.
