Obituary for Norman Ansley Shilliday


Shilliday, Norman Ansley-

Passed away at home, on Saturday, May 21, 2005, in his 69th year. Beloved husband of Anne (nee Kennedy). Loved father of Anita Shilliday of Binbrook, Robin Shilliday and his wife Kim of St. George and William Shilliday and his wife Karryn of Freelton. Cherished grandfather of Brittany, Braden, Cody and Tyler. Brother of Andrew (Suzanne), Grace (Bobby) and Angeline, all of Northern Ireland, Maureen (Harry) and Betty of England and Eveline of Australia. Brother-in-law of Daphne and Freda of Northern Ireland and Margaret (Doug) of Saskatchewan. Survived also by many nieces and nephews. Norm was retired from Mack Trucks and Lear Seating. Special thanks to the Doctors and nurses at McMaster Hospital- Ward 3Z and Dr. Gee and Dr. Annis for all of your care. Visitation at SMITH`S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line, (one stoplight north of QEW) BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Tuesday from 3-5 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Service will be held at Knox Presbyterian Church, 461 Elizabeth Street, Burlington, on Wednesday, May 25, 2005 at 11 am with Rev. Howard Sullivan officiating. Interment Trafalgar Lawn Cemetery, Oakville. If desired, expressions of sympathy to McMaster Hospital- Ward 3Z or to Knox Presbyterian Church Memorial Fund would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
