loved daughter of Jerry and Alice
Ann Kotuba. Adored sister of Michael

Larissa, Nicole, Taylor, Talia and
nephew Sheridan. Loved and will be
missed dearly by her aunts, uncles

Avenue, Burlington on Saturday,
September 25, 2010 at 9:30 am.
