Died suddenly surrounded by her family at Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital on Wednesday, December 15, 2010. Mary "May" in her 82'nd year. Predeceased by her loving husband William (Scotty) Grant. Cherished mother of Bill Jr. of Waterdown, Mary Ann Stockdale of Burlington, Thomas (Sheila) of Brantford, Irene Zions (Jamie) of Burlington, Sharon Knowles (Gerry), of Burlington. Loving and proud Grandma of Jenelle (CB), Jillian (Jake), Daryl (Leslee), David (Tasha), Jeri, Blair, Tori, Sarah and Darren. Great Grandma of Taylor and Kaitlyn. Will be sadly missed by her brother Godfrey (Hamilton), sisters Betty and Jean of Scotland and many nieces and nephews. Visitation at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stoplight north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Saturday, December 18, 2010 from 3-6pm. Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of Her Life to be held at her family home following visitation at 372 Parkside Dr., Waterdown.
