Peacefully, at Albright Manor, Beamsville on Saturday, April 9, 2011 at the age of 88. Loving wife and best friend of John for 61 years. Dear mother of Graham (Susan) of Grimsby and Lynda Purves (Allen Yager) of Selkirk. Cherished grandmother of Laurie (Adam) Jensen, Jordan Purves (Kevin Meyer), and Kim (Arlo) Procyshyn and great-grandchildren Selena and Leland Jensen. Also missed by sisters Rena Duncan and Etta Crawley. Predeceased by three siblings. A Celebration of Life Service will take place at STONEHOUSE-WHITCOMB FUNERAL HOME, 11 Mountain Street, GRIMSBY (905-945-2755) on Sunday, April 17, 2011 at 3 pm. Cremation has taken place. If desired, donations to a charity of choice would be sincerely appreciated.
