It is with great sadness, that we announce the loss of our beloved mom and grandmother. Peacefully surrounded by her loving family at the age of 94 on Friday, March 11, 2016 at the Joseph Brant Hospital. Predeceased by her loving husband William "Bill" (2005). Dearly loved by her son Bob of Calgary and daughter Barbara (Paul). Dear grandmother to Adam, Brandon (Jillian) of Calgary, Myles (Molly) and Carly. Great-grandmother to Gus of Calgary. Sister of the late Gordon (Mary) Johnston, the late Mary (late Andy) Szucsko. Margaret will also be missed by her nieces and nephews. Margaret resided at her own home with her beloved cat Trixie. Special thanks to family and friends- especially during the last three months, to the doctors and heath care providers. Visitation at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stop light north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Wednesday, March 16, 2016 from 11-1 pm. Interment to follow at Burlington Memorial Gardens Cemetery. For those who wish, in lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Margaret to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
