FINN, Margaret Irene (nee Sweiger) -

Perfect bowler, devoted Leaf's Fan, and avid marathoner. She was a woman of strength, compassion and humour who passed away peacefully at Joseph Brant Hospital, Burlington, on Monday, March 21, 2016 at the age of 82. Loving wife of the late Jack Finn (2012) for 59 years. Dear mother of Patrick Finn, Dayna Barnett (Peter), and Dawn Finn (Robert Pidlubney). Cherished grandmother of Natalya (Lina), Mikaela, Andy, and Shoshanna. Cherished sister of Helen Wright (Jack). She will be fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews, extended family and friends. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stoplight north of QEW), BURLINGTON, (905-632-3333), on Saturday, March 26, 2016 from 12noon until time of Celebration of Marg’s Life at 1:00pm. Reception to follow at the Funeral Home. If desired, donations to Joseph Brant Hospital Foundation or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
