Dalgleish, Margaret (nee Sullivan)
With mixed emotions we announce the passing of Margaret Dalgleish, as a result of a stroke, with her family by her side, on Thursday, July 1, 2010, at Hamilton General Hospital, at the age of 89, sadness at our loss, and joy that she is now with her Lord and Savior. She leaves behind: her husband John of 58 years; children Douglas (Cheryl), Judy (Wayne) Hampton and James (Tracy); grandchildren Christopher (Kara), Lori (Jon), A.J. (fiancée Rebekah), Amy (Dan), Megan, Ashley and great-grandchildren Hailey and Taylor. Also fondly remembered by siblings-in-law Shirley (Bill) Parks, Leon Dalgleish, Gladys Dalgleish, Elva Sullivan, Edna Mae Sullivan and many family and friends. Predeceased by five siblings. Special thank you to the EMS response team, and the staff, nurses, doctors, chaplain and social workers at Hamilton General Hospital for their compassionate care. Visitation will be held at Lakemount Worship Centre, 54 North Service Road, Grimsby on Sunday from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. where a funeral service will take place on Monday, July 5, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. Burial at Mountain Cemetery, Grimsby. If desired, in lieu of flowers, donations to the Ben Sawatzky Foundation: Sarah's Fund would be sincerely appreciated.
