Obituary for Louise Helen Swinton (Weeks)

Passed away peacefully at the Woodstock General Hospital on Wednesday, August 17, 2016 at the age of 59. Loved daughter of Helen Weeks (the late Maurice). Loved wife and best friend of Russell Swinton. Cherished sister of Carol Weeks (Michael Downey) and the late Gary Weeks (2009). Missed also by her sister-in-law Lizbeth Forrester (Stewart Harrison) and nephew Russell Forrester. Predeceased by her parents-in-law Bill and Betty Swinton. Louise will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her; including her dog Maddie. Special thanks to the nursing staff and doctors of the 2nd floor and the chemo department of Woodstock General Hospital for their care and compassion. Cremation has taken place. A Service of Remembrance will be held at Trinity United Church, 100 Main Street West, Grimsby on Monday, August 29, 2016 at 11 a.m. Reception to follow at the church. If desired, flowers sent to the Funeral Home or memorial contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
