Sadly passed away on Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at Bob Kemp Hospice, Hamilton at the age of 68. Loving wife to Geoff for 46 years. Cherished mother of Christopher (Lyn Garcia), Richard (Lisa), Elizabeth (Rick Brozny) and Kirsten Scott. Dear grandmother to Faith, Catherine, Sarah, Noah, Caleb, Alec and Liam. Will be missed by great aunt Mary Alexander and by her extended family and friends. Special thanks to the staff at the Bob Kemp Hospice for all of their compassionate care. Visitation at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 485 Brant Street, (one block north of City Hall), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Friday, December 11, 2015 from 3-5 pm and 7-9 pm where a Funeral Service will be held on Saturday at 10:30 am. Cremation is to take place. For those who wish, donations in memory of Loraine to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
